Do you really deliver in 60 minutes or less?
Yes - we delivery in 60 minutes or less from when your order - (if you order between 9am and 5pm - any day of the week) - including weekends.
We deliver to Central Auckland and North Harbour. See the FAQs below for a detailed list of the areas we deliver to.
We have never yet missed a delivery deadline but if we did, we will give you $30 cash on the spot (actual notes).
60-minute delivery
Order between 9am and 5pm, (7 days a week) and your ink will be delivered to you in less than 60 minutes.
Delivery outside of business hours
It's not 60 minutes but the delivery is still pretty quick !
Orders made between 5pm and 9am will be delivered by 10am
Is delivery always free?
Yes, there are no charges for delivery. Not matter how small your order is the, delivery is always freight free.
At "Get Ink in 60 minutes" our delivery drivers are direct employees. We do not use couriers, Uber, Door Dash or any other 3rd-party to get that precious ink to you

What is your returns and refund policy?
We really want you to be happy with what you have ordered so have a 100% guaranteed “No questions asked" refund policy. We will even pick up the ink/toner that you don’t want from your place (free of charge). You don’t have to order a courier a courier to send the ink or toner back to us. This saves you a lot of hassle, time and money.
To start a return please email us with your name and order number.
Can you recycle my old ink or toner cartridges for me?
Yes, we can take your old ink when we deliver your new ink. At the end of each month, we take all the empty inks to our partner recycling company
What is your privacy policy?
We don’t share or sell your information with any third-party.

There are no delivery charges on any shipment. Prices on our website include the delivery of the product to you.

Delivery details
60-minute delivery
Order between 9am and 5pm, (7 days a week) and your ink will be delivered to you in less than 60 minutes
We have never yet missed a 60-minute delivery deadline but if we ever take longer than 60 minutes, we will give you $30 cash on the spot (actual notes). You can;
(1) Keep your ink/toner and the $30 cash
or
(2) Don't keep the ink/toner, get a full refund and keep the $30 cash.
Delivery for orders outside of our normal business hours
Order after 5pm and before midnight, (7 days a week) and your ink will be delivered to you by 10am the next day
Order after midnight and before 9am, (7 days a week) and your ink will be delivered to you by 10am the same day.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
An invoice will be emailed to you when you place your order. Please check to see that your contact details are correct.

Returns
We have a "No questions asked" 100% refund policy. We will even pick up free of charge, the ink/toner that you don't want.

If you are ordering on behalf of another entity
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company, you confirm that you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

If we send you any ongoing communications at a later date and you no longer wish to receive these communications you will be able to opt out of receiving this information by contacting us by email.
We will use your personal information to process your orders and payments.
